About the Monsoon
Langkawi's monsoon runs roughly November to February. It doesn't rain all day — usually short heavy downpours, then sunshine. Boat activities like island hopping may be cancelled on rough days, but there's still plenty to do: the cable car, waterfalls, museums, spa days, and duty-free shopping. Prices are lowest and the island is peaceful.
